CLS’s core business comprises translation, copywriting and editing services for clients in the banking, financial, insurance, life sciences, and technology, legal, industrial and public sectors. Some 600 internal staff, including numerous translators, copywriters and editors, in combination with 5,000 external language and technical specialists, write, edit and translate documents and websites into any language.

Need for Big Results with Limited Resources

Well known as one of the largest global providers of translation services, CLS was still relatively new in the U.S. market. As the company sought to grow and expand its visibility in the U.S., it needed a marketing solution that could help it accomplish this while keeping resources in check.
